Such a beautiful place to stay. Could not fault the accommodation. Great bedrooms/beds with en suite bathrooms plus 3rd bathroom downstairs. Home from home comfy living area. Fantastic location and great stay for families. We were staying with friends and their baby as well as our 4 month old. Louise was very accommodating and made sure we had cots for both the babies and plenty of space downstairs. The property really has everything you need if you have small children. Thank you Louise, we will be back!

We had a great family break at the trap house. The house is spacious and clean and ideal for families. Our daughter and dog loved the outdoor space. The location is good as there’s so much to do in the surrounding area. There is still a lot that we need to explore and hope to be back sometime.

A glazed hall, shower room with basin and w.c., kitchen with adjacent dining room and a large lounge with wood burning stove.  Private fenced garden with patio area.

Upstairs comprises:-

A compact double bedroom with ensuite shower, w.c. and basin. Compact twin room with ensuite bath with shower over, w.c. and basin.

Included in the price for The Cottages:-

  • Free Wifi
  • En-suite bathrooms and shower rooms (whirlpool bath in the Linhay).
  • A kingsize four poster bed in the Dairy, Shippon, Bull House and Linhay.
  • Oil fired central heating throughout

  • Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer in all cottages.
  • Stairgates at the top, and bottom of the stairs.
  • Cots, high chairs as required .

  • Shared use of a table tennis table in an unconverted barn (9am-9pm).
  • Small unfenced dog area with dog bin.
